While fleur-de-lys is the preferred spelling in Canadian English, fleur-de-lis is also correct. Note the two hyphens.
To form the plural, add an s to the word fleur: fleurs-de-lys (or fleurs-de-lis).
The flag of Quebec is called the Fleurdelisé and is written with an uppercase F.
