A native or resident of Saint John, New Brunswick, is called a Saint Johner.
While the demonym Saint Johner is found in newspapers and magazines, it is often replaced in more formal writing by native, resident or inhabitant of Saint John, or some similar phrase.
Saint John is commonly used as a modifier, while Saint Johner is not.
Loyalist City is a popular nickname for this city.
